Shipping Policy

At L’aventure, each order is packaged with the same care and attention that goes into creating our garments. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During launch periods or high-volume times, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for processing.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150.
For orders under $150, a $10 shipping fee will apply.

Delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days ($15 flat rate)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via trusted carriers such as DHL and UPS.

International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
L’aventure does not collect duties, VAT, customs fees, or import taxes at checkout.

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU / DAP).
Any duties, VAT, customs charges, or import fees assessed by your country are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid directly to the carrier or local customs authority prior to delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing an international order.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order pieces will ship according to the estimated date listed on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately at no additional cost.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@laventureatelier.com so we can review the situation.
Each case will be handled individually to ensure a fair and thoughtful resolution.

Shipping Changes

We’re unable to reroute packages once they have shipped, so please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
