At L’aventure, our dedication to excellence extends beyond materials and craftsmanship.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly assist you with a return.
Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Return Process
To start a return, please email us at support@laventureatelier.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email that your refund has been approved.
Refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Please note:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for packages lost or damaged in return transit without proof of shipment.
Exchanges
Because our collections are produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order once your return is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@laventureatelier.com so we can make it right. Each situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair and thoughtful resolution.
