Shipping & Returns

Complimentary shipping in the United States, and 14 days to change your mind.

Every order is packed by hand at the atelier. If something does not work, whether it is the fit, the color or the weight, you have 14 days from delivery to send it back.

Shipping within the United States

Standard shipping is complimentary and arrives in 3-5 business days. Express shipping is $10 and arrives in 1-2 business days.

International shipping

Standard international shipping is $35 and arrives in 6-12 business days. Express international shipping is $75 and arrives in 1-5 business days.

Duties and import taxes

Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout and shown as a separate line before you pay. Because they are collected up front, your parcel ships delivered duty paid and there is nothing further to pay when it arrives.

Return eligibility

Returns must be started within 14 days of receiving your order. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept anything that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Every return is accepted at our discretion. We inspect each piece on arrival and reserve the right to decline a return that does not meet these conditions, in which case the piece will be sent back to you.

How to start a return

Email support@laventureatelier.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will send return instructions by email.

Returns within the United States

We will send a prepaid shipping label. A $10 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund total.

International returns

International return shipping is not prepaid. We will reply with the address to send your return to, and return shipping is arranged and paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund packages lost in transit without proof of shipment. Duties and import taxes collected at checkout are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will email to confirm that your refund is approved. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and we are unable to refund packages lost or damaged in return transit without proof of shipment.

Exchanges

Our collections are produced in limited quantities, so we cannot guarantee an exchange. If you would like a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been processed.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, please write to support@laventureatelier.com within 48 hours of delivery. Each case is handled individually and we will put it right.
